SERVE AI is a brand operated by Auto Nadif (“SERVE AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an automation studio based in Casablanca, Morocco. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information you provide when you use our website at serveai.io or contact us about our services. We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data, and with general data-protection best practice. 2. Information We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to share with us, plus limited technical data needed to run the website.

Information you provide directly:

• When you submit our contact form: your name, email address, and the description of your business and automation needs that you enter.
• When you book a call: your name, email address, and scheduling details, collected through our booking provider (Cal.com).

Information collected automatically:

• Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, processed by our hosting provider and the third-party services embedded on the site (see Section 3). We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Speed Insights) to measure page-load performance, but we do not use advertising trackers and we do not build marketing profiles of visitors.

3. Third-Party Services

Our website relies on a small number of trusted third-party services. When you interact with them, they may receive certain data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies:

• Cal.com — powers our “Book a Call” scheduling. Receives the name, email, and scheduling information you enter when booking.
• Google Maps — displays our location on the contact page. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address.
• Google Fonts — loads the website's typography from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when fonts are served.
• Our automation system — contact-form submissions are sent securely to our own self-hosted automation infrastructure, which routes your message to us.
• Hosting — the website is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard server logs.
• Vercel Speed Insights — collects anonymous, cookieless performance data (such as page-load timing) so we can keep the site fast. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your inquiries and messages;
• schedule and conduct your free automation audit or other calls;
• provide, operate, and improve our services;
• communicate with you about your project or request;
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell your personal data.

5. Legal Basis & Consent

Under Law No. 09-08, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent — given when you voluntarily submit our contact form or book a call — and our legitimate interest in responding to and serving prospective and existing clients. 6. Cookies

We do not set our own cookies for tracking or advertising. However, the third-party services embedded in our site (such as Cal.com and Google Maps) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (listed in Section 3), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function. Some of these providers are located outside Morocco; where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the providers' own safeguards and contractual protections. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

8. Data Retention

We keep the personal information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request and serve you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including serving the website over encrypted HTTPS connections and limiting access to your data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data;
• object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website contains links to external sites, including our social media profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. This policy applies only to serveai.io.
